Jason Smith was good at checking what our needs were and showing us vehicles that would meet them. We never felt pressured and were appreciative of having a bit of thinking time before making our purchase. I personally valued that both my husband and I were engaged in communication. Jason was open to negotiation and helped us reach a deal that fit within our budget. He's an asset to the company.

From the moment we entered the yard we were greeted warmly and given great detail on what we were looking for. Even though we were just starting the looking process and were considering another 2 brands Ben's style of service swayed us to close the deal making for a very happy customer. I received great service from the Rangiora branch. The staff helped me to find the right vehicle for me (including some physical limitations) this took time and a few visits and test drives, a process that resulted in buying a new Kona. I feel I can go back to the local branch with any questions, servicing and just to say hi to a very genuine staff.

Friendly staff and service was excellent. I was reminded the day before the service was due by text message. Booking was on time and I was notified as soon as it was completed, also by text message. Upon collecting vehicle I noticed the outside had ben cleaned and the tyres blackened! Gary Cockram Hyundai rock!

Jason at Gary Cockram was very professional and easy to relate to. He was very knowledgeable on his products. We were not intending to purchase at that time but he gave us some very workable options that worked for us. When we were ready to take delivery Jason very kindly came into work on a public holiday to enable us to uplift the new Kona. Something we really appreciated as we do not live in Chch. Great job Jason.
