We're proud to be known for toughness and reliability. Now, with our 3 + 3 warranty offer, we're backing it up.

All of our vehicles come with a standard 3-year/100,000km warranty, but if you purchase a new MU-X or new look D-MAX from July 2024 onwards (while the offer lasts), you are eligible for an additional 3-year/50,000km warranty. That gives your new Isuzu up to 6-years/150,000km warranty (whichever comes first). Not only do you get the assurance of a longer warranty, but you'll also get Isuzu Roadside Assistance for the length of your warranty period.

Even better, this 3 + 3 Warranty Offer applies to the vehicle, so it is transferable between vehicle owners. So, if you decide to sell your Isuzu during the warranty period, the new owner can take on the remaining period - hello, resale value!

How does it work?

*To be eligible for this additional coverage of 3-Years/50,000km, your new Isuzu D-MAX or MU-X must receive continuous (Years 1 ~ 6) preventative maintenance/inspections, according to Isuzu Utes New Zealand’s recommended maintenance schedule (Years 1 ~ 6), with all work completed by qualified Isuzu Technicians within our Authorised Isuzu Dealer or Service Agent network using Genuine Isuzu Parts.
