Crusaders x Gary Cockram Hyundai

At Gary Cockram, we have a long-standing relationship with the Crusaders. With many more plans and collaborations to come, we’re really looking forward to creating more great opportunities for our Gary Cockram community.

Gary Cockram Hyundai has been the official sponsor of the Crusaders since 2009. In 2019 we elevated this partnership to feature on the front of the team’s home jerseys for the 2020 season.

Crusaders CEO Colin Mansbridge said it was fantastic to have the team's home jerseys elevated after more than a decade as part of the Crusaders family. “Hyundai are forward-thinking and innovative, and they care about the local community here in Canterbury, so we’re really proud that the team will wear their brand on our home jerseys from 2020.”

We recently ran a competition giving two young Christchurch locals, Daniel and Tyson, the chance to meet their heroes. Nominated for being huge supporters of the Crusaders, they were picked up in the all-new Santa Fe by players Quinten Strange, George Bridge, and Brett Cameron. The boys then spent the day with the players at the Captain's Run. It was great to see the boys enjoy their time with the Crusaders. 

We teamed up with the players to give one special member of our Christchurch community a signed Crusaders jersey. To top it off, we had Crusaders George Bower, George Bridge, and Fergus Burke drop off the jersey in the all-new Santa Fe. Congratulations Kathryn, we hope to see you at a game next season!
